Conflict Resolution Utilizing the book, Conflict Resolution, by Daniel Dana, participants will learn the principles of conflict resolution applicable to any conflict. The course readings will immerse participants in the theory, approaches, and practices of conflict resolution and mediation through both explanations and case studies. Participants will be guided in extending the skills and strategies for conflict resolution to their classrooms or work places. Objectives for this course include: Examining present theory and application of conflict resolution Understanding of cultural, racial, and ethnic dynamics within conflict The course is $178 and 1 semester hour of GRADUATE level credit is available through Ashland University, a fully accredited institution.
